Tips
- Lisbon, Porto, the Algarve coast, and Sintra are the top destinations, each has a very different character worth exploring.
- Portugal is significantly cheaper than France, Italy, or Spain, excellent value for Indian travellers on a European trip.
- If you’re combining Portugal and Spain, apply under whichever country you’ll spend more nights in.
- April to June and September to October are ideal, warm weather, fewer crowds, and lower prices than July to August.
- Portugal has a small but growing Indian community, Indian restaurants are easy to find in Lisbon and Porto.
